This page explains how MADARVA handles the information you choose to provide when contacting us about a project and the limited technical data generated while the site operates.
Information you provide
When you submit the Contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company if supplied, and message.
How we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, understand the context of a potential project, and keep the business records reasonably needed to manage that conversation.
Service providers and operational data
This site is hosted on Vercel, and Resend processes Contact-form email delivery. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights process aggregated usage and performance data, while Vercel and server runtime logs may record limited technical information needed to operate and diagnose the site. We do not use these tools to add Contact-form submissions to automatic marketing.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable operational requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your requests
You may use the Contact page to make a privacy-related request about information you have provided. We will consider requests in line with applicable requirements and the context of the inquiry.
